An Introduction to Digital Marketing

Join Niall McKevitt as he takes you through an introduction to digital marketing. The course will cover Canva, social media and much more!

This course will explore a number of key areas to give you an introduction to digital marketing for your small business or start up.

The first chapter will cover Canva and the general design of social media posts. These skills can then be carried across to your business’s social media platforms. This will also involve an introduction to video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

The next chapter will explore the various social media channels utilised by CIDO. This will include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok. How to use and improve the performance of your posts will be explored to optimise your social media efforts for your business.

Next, MailChimp will be covered to show the effectiveness of email marketing on a platform that is user friendly. How to use templates and create campaigns will be the main focus of this chapter.

In this final chapter, marketing anayltics will be explained and utilised in a case study. Furthermore, after this chapter, there will be time to explore a number of general tips and for the audience to ask any specific questions they may have. There will be time after every chapter for individuals to also ask chapter specific questions.
