- The first chapter covers Canva and the general design of social media posts. These skills can then be carried across to your business’s social media platforms. This also involves an introduction to video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- The next chapter explores the various social media channels utilised by CIDO. This includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok. How to use and improve the performance of your posts is explored to optimise your social media efforts for your business.
- Next, MailChimp is covered to show the effectiveness of email marketing on a platform that is user friendly. How to use templates and create campaigns is the main focus of this chapter.
- In this final chapter, WordPress SEO is explained and utilised on our website. Furthermore, after this chapter, there was time to explore a number of general tips and for the audience to ask any specific questions they had.
